Dr. Caroline Daravi

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, I offer adult individual, couple and sex therapy. I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) at the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles and received my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Near Eastern Studies at UCLA. I have advanced training in couples and sex therapy.

I believe in the ‘person-of-the-therapist’ as a key component in effective treatment. Therapists can only help their clients to the limit of their willingness to personally stretch and grow. For this reason each year I attend numerous workshops, trainings, and consultation sessions to make sure I stay attuned and flexible so I can give my clients the best of me.

I have great respect for the psychotherapy process, and I treat my clients with kindness, care, and warmth. Yet, I will challenge my clients to evaluate the parts of themselves that have gone unexamined, these parts left alone will lead to old non-effective behaviors. I believe those who have the courage to self-confront are more likely to make specific decisions toward change. I hope to create an environment where my clients can let go of their comfort zone and step into a more purposeful way of being, even though it may be difficult at the moment.

I love what I do, and I value being a part of your journey.

Stacy Kahn, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My background includes individual and group counseling, as well as crisis support, with children, families and adults. My involvement working with at-risk youth and families in nonprofits, as well as with adults in inpatient behavioral health, has offered me the opportunity to assist individuals and families rising above life obstacles. I currently focus my practice on supporting individuals and families in overcoming anxiety, depression, PTSD, experiencing and expressing emotions, navigating through family changes, building healthy perceptions, cultivating compassion, and recognizing and releasing barriers to effect change. I have an integrative, strengths-based approach, drawing from a variety of modalities, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness interventions, adapted to each individual and situation. My passion is working with children and incorporating play and arts therapies to stimulate whole brain responses toward healing.

Judson Washburn, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with diverse populations, including domestic violence victims, health care workers, students, and the LGBTQ community. I also have served in the military, worked as a teacher, and have experience with at-risk and severely abused/disturbed children. My experience has shown that life is at times confusing, and difficult to navigate especially when you are trying to figure it out alone. It can be very helpful to have someone who is outside of your circle to talk to. My goal is to work with my clients to help them understand their inner most emotions and beliefs. Through this understanding we can come to acceptance and start to make healthier choices I am currently seeing both adults and couples. I understand seeking therapy can be intimidating, if you have any questions I would be more then happy to help you answer them.

Elisa Canovese, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, and communication problems. I also have experience in facilitating conflict resolution in families and couples. I am passionate about helping people overcome difficulties in their pursuit of happiness and meaning. I provide clients with a safe place in which they can explore their struggles freely, learn new skills, discover their natural strengths, and use them to change what is no longer working in their life. My style is warm, empathic and non-judgmental, yet straightforward. I provide therapy to couples and families as well as individual therapy for adults and children. I mainly use the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as art and play therapy when working with the younger populations. I look forward to be part of your growth process.

Janae Preast Hewes, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and have formal training in art therapy. I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, work-life balance, self-esteem issues, loss of purpose, life changes, and family conflicts. I enjoy helping clients grow and reach their goals by providing a nurturing environment to find their own voice and foster their unique strengths. My goal is to help empower people to discover ways to make meaningful and lasting progress towards a more positive and fulfilled life. Everyone’s journey is unique, and the path toward positive change is not always an easy one, but with support it is possible. We can work together so your future reflects the life you desire.

Thaddeus Wicki, LMFT

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have many years of experience working with clients from different walks of life. As a therapist, my goal is to help you find wellness and uncover your true potential. While no one has life without difficult situations, and no one can change their past, everyone still has the ability to learn from their past and resolve or improve their current challenges. In therapy I will provide you with support while assisting you in developing problem-solving skills, explore undesired behaviors, and enhance coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, unresolved childhood issues, grief, stress management, and anger. Furthermore, many of my clients utilize therapy to achieve personal growth, enhance interpersonal relationships, understand family dynamics, enrich their marriages, and handle day to day life issues.

Tabetha Garcia, LMFT

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am passionate about supporting individuals through their healing journey. I have a special interest working with black, indigenous and people of color. I provide a safe and comfortable space that can hold vulnerability and openness. This environment also cultivates awareness, inner-strength, self-love, and self-actualization. I practice from a person-centered perspective, which highlights the importance of active listening, empathy, congruency, and genuineness in a therapeutic relationship. I understand that every experience, emotion, and situation is unique; therefore I incorporate evidence-based techniques and wellness practices that are tailored to needs of those I work with. It would be an honor to support you through this journey of growth and healing.
