If you have a PPO policy you may be able to see one of our providers utilizing your Out of Network benefits. However, there is often more cost to you when using your Out of Network benefits. Please check with your insurance company about your specific plan.
We are happy to assist you with your mental health eligibility and benefit status; however, we strongly encourage you to be part of this process. We understand mental health portion of your insurance may be difficult to navigate.
Our fee for service rate varies depending on your treating clinicians. The out of pocket fee ranges from $100-$200 per session. Please inquire about cost of services at time of scheduling your first appointment.

Breanna has been an essential part of the Hera Counseling team for several years, handling billing, insurance coordination, and administrative operations. Her dedication keeps our practice running smoothly so our clinicians can focus on providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, families, and children. She is always ready to assist our clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their accounts.
Outside of work, Breanna is a devoted mom to two energetic kids whose sports/hobbies schedules fill the days with constant movement. She leads an active lifestyle herself, whether it’s hitting the gym or a trail for a family hike. She and her husband love staying active together, supporting each other’s goals and making the most of family time through shared activities and little everyday adventures. Breanna’s positive energy, reliability, and genuine care make her such a special part of our team.
