Individual Therapy

Our clinicians utilize a variety of evidence-base treatments to help our clients achieve their personal goals. We treat wide variety of mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more. However, not all our clients suffer from a clinical diagnosis. Sometimes people seek our help to learn to become more effective, resilient and simply a better version of themselves. We take pride in being part of our client’s growth process.

Couple’s therapy

Couple therapy can be utilized for couples that are in crisis, and for couples who want to enhance and grow their relationship further. No matter what the reason, couples who are willing to ask difficult questions from themselves and are willing to tolerate pain for growth find couples work very empowering. It is important to mention that people in committed relationships inevitably face some challenges, and this generally does not indicate that something is fundamentally wrong or the relationship is failing. However, the ways in which people deal with these challenges differentiate between a poor outcome or opportunity for more growth and intimacy.

Sex therapy

Sex therapy is talk therapy where sexual issues are addressed and treated. People’s sexuality can be impacted by their mental health, physical health, age, and how they feel about themselves, the relationship and their partner. Dr. Daravi helps her clients work through the issues that may be causing sexual problems. Sometimes those issues may relate to a childhood trauma, other times the struggle may be related to the relationship, or feelings of body shame. Whatever the cause, the focus is to help couples/individuals to explore and reach their sexual capabilities. Special emphasis is on personal authenticity with self and partner, which often leads to more intimate and deep connections.

Play therapy

Play therapy is a well-established discipline based upon a number of psychological theories. Therapeutic play helps children with social or emotional issues. Children learn to communicate better, change their behavior, develop problem-solving skills, and relate to others in more positive ways. Play therapy is often utilized when children have gone or witnessed stressful situations, such as illness, family crisis, or unsettling changes to their environment. The parents/parent or caregivers play an important role in treatment for children.
